Orchid is an experiential community located in the Normal Heights neighborhood of San Diego. The community includes 14 apartments and a 1930s era commercial building which was adapted into an exciting chef driven restaurant. The apartments consist of 1 bedroom loft concepts and studios.

Exotic Gardens offers studio and one-bedroom apartments. The challenge was to get all the appliances into a small, single elevation kitchen area. We were able to fit in a range with microwave hood, dishwasher, freezer, and refrigerator.

This five-unit townhome development features LEICHT PRIMO cabinets with surface-mounted handles throughout all living spaces. The design includes Quarzstone countertops and has been successfully replicated in our affiliated Uptown on 7th and High Pointe projects.

This 36-unit development features LEICHT CONTINO cabinets with integrated LED lighting that eliminated electrical return visits. LEICHT’s precision tracking system allowed real-time monitoring of all components, ensuring seamless coordination with the general contractor’s timeline.

Uptown on 7th was a 10-unit condo project. We provided cabinetry throughout the condos including the kitchen, bathrooms, linen closets and hall cabinets.
