This San Diego condo renovation transformed an outdated space into a bright, contemporary home that celebrates its stunning ocean views. Our client recognized the property’s incredible potential—amazing vistas and natural light—but needed help reimagining the layout to fully capitalize on these assets.

We opened up the existing floor plan to create better flow and maximize the connection between interior spaces and the spectacular oceanfront location. The design prioritizes natural light penetration and cross-ventilation from ocean breezes, turning what was once a compartmentalized space into an airy, cohesive environment. Strategic removal of walls and thoughtful furniture placement now allow the home’s best features—the views and natural elements—to take center stage throughout the living spaces.
