Condo Make-Over

This 2-story condo had plenty of space but felt outdated, with the staircase in the center making the living, dining, and kitchen areas feel cramped and dark. The solution was clear: remove the walls around the staircase and open up the space.

Luckily, the self-supporting cast concrete stairs allowed us to remove the walls, opening up the kitchen and dining areas and creating a natural flow between the living room and upper levels.

Modern light fixtures were chosen to brighten the space, while dark LEICHT cabinetry and countertops grounded the design, adding a cozy feel. By opening up the staircase, we transformed this condo into a truly unique living space!
