We Validate Parking
This urban loft renovation solved the challenge of creating privacy in an open floor plan without sacrificing the space’s airy feel. Our client needed a bedroom area with extensive storage that wouldn’t feel enclosed or traditional. Using tall SYNTHIA LEICHT cabinets as architectural elements, we designed a sophisticated room divider that defines the sleeping area while maintaining visual flow throughout the loft.
The floor-to-ceiling cabinetry creates a “room within a room” concept, providing abundant storage and even incorporating a dedicated dressing area. The sleek cabinet system serves multiple functions—privacy screen, storage solution, and design feature—all while preserving the loft’s open character. This innovative approach demonstrates how smart design can address practical needs without compromising the integrity of the original space.
